Back up your WordPress database
If you have found it a laborious task to individually log into each of your wordpress wp-admin dashboards to back up your database, then I might have a simple soloution for you.
Can you imagine having this issue and worry being removed from your large list of daily/weekly tasks you need to do for your business? It would save so much time and worry in knowing that you have saved backups you can restore to your site if needed.
I came across a simple, free plugin that can be set up to do this very thing for you. Once you set the plugin up and tell it how often to automatically run it’s backup, you are effectively done. This will then run to your specified schedule and backup for you.

If you are like me, and have more than one computer you regularly use, then sometimes it can be a pain when you need a certain file or folder and you remember it’s on a different machine. You may not even be near your other computer to access the files. Or you may need to boot up the machine, find a memory stick and transfer to it then to the machine you are currently working on. Hi All
I thought I’d start this post to give some of you struggling with backlinking and off-page SEO some guidance for backlinking efforts and your IM careers in general. With that said, there’s no right or wrong way to build links. Many build links different to the way I do, but the steps outlined here are the methods I’m currently using with success for my business.
Before You Begin
Before I begin any backlinking efforts, the very first thing I do is to create a folder on my computer for the website that I am currently promoting; and inside this folder I place all relevant items for this website. This way you will have one place to store and record everything related to that website. I then add sub folders for the articles, backlinks, keyword research, etc. All this helps organise material needed for your websites.
Record the Information
Once this is done, then I can consider different backlinking efforts because I now have a place to save and record all of my information. Personally, I have a schedule for each target page which I have put into a table, to outline the steps I take for each process and stage to completion. As some of the links may take weeks to place, it helps to remember what stage of linking we are at for each site and page.
So, you need to be methodical. Have a framework for each process you are going to undertake. This way you will become more efficient in your efforts. I like to print my process tables out for each target page and manually enter the details as I progress through my linking steps.
